Trina Rodriguez

Founder & CEO

As a young woman growing up in the inner city of Baltimore, Trina has personally witnessed some of the harshest of human conditions. Her early years served as a roadmap to generational poverty. She became a parent at a young age so she, like many, was disregarded, underestimated, and uninformed.  Determined to have a better life, she found FAITH in her ability to change, and a willingness to EDUCATE and MOTIVATE herself until she was EMPOWERED to take control of her own life.  It was by this model that Trina took control of her circumstances and has dedicated herself to providing guidance for her F.E.M.E Work clients to do the same.

Using these guiding principles, Trina has built a successful career in higher education. She began in 1998, serving as an assistant to the Dean at the University of Maryland.  While working full time, Trina attended the University of Baltimore and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  For nearly 25 years she has held various positions working alongside top executives at premier universities.  Through all of this time, she raised 3 beautiful daughters who have grown to be a veterinarian, a nurse, and an opera singer.

In 2012, she unveiled her compelling story of “Do Not Sit”, impacting all, across demographic and professional boundaries, making it F.E.M.E. Work’s flagship presentation.

Trina’s passion is to empower others to achieve their goals. She helps clients become aware of the interview, interpersonal, and styling skills needed to move beyond the recruitment process into positions that maximize their skills and abilities. At F.E.M.E. Work, clients receive one-on-one interview training with Trina,  and all that comes with its preparation. This includes coaching on communication, attire, resumé building, and factors contributing to success.

Trina continues to use the F.E.M.E Work principles to break through boundaries. She maintains a passion for wellness, confidence, and life. Trina will help you find your voice in a noisy environment and teach you the importance of forging your own path of self-development and cultivating your professional image.
